Bob, Kevin and crew were easy to work with. Bob was very thorough in his presentation. Kevin and Johnny are veterans at window installs. There is nothing that they haven't experienced when removing old windows. They did a special build of a bay window for me. Very good craftsmanship. I recommend these guys.

The two men who installed the windows did an excellent job! They were friendly and professional always respecting my property. They completed the job in the time promised! They recommend "hydroblasting" rather than "pressurewashing" prior to painting. (Both companies owned by same people.) I am not sold on the "hydroblasting" process. They were always on time and worked until job was completed. Very helpful in selecting colors. There were a few items that needed attention at final check. They insisted I was completely satisfied before calling the job complete and wrapped those items up. I would recommend this company.

The job was not completed. Communication with the workers was not good. All bad wood was not replaced on the garage. Job was not completed and we did not get a call back when asked about completion. Our watering system was damaged by the workers in the process.
Response by : We had scheduled call backs with husband and wife, and with in 30 days and three returns and two additional items added to the punch list after first callback. work was completed to customer's satisfaction. Husband signed final completion of punch lists and gave a tipto the crew.

Hard to pin down as to the day the job would be done. I bit more informal than I would have preferred. Job was done before the deadline I gave and the fence looks fine.

Our installer did an excellent job and made sure the job was cleaned up before they left. We had a follow up visit from the factory rep, who made sure all the windows installed were correct in fit and function. This company did an excellent job for me. I was very meticulous about the wood repair and painting that was required for my house, due to prior unsatisfactory dealings with other contractors. Performance Windows of Texas did excellent work that far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use them again if needed and will absolutely recommend them to my friends and family.

The project involved repairs of facia, wood siding and a deck, and repainting the entire house. I was very pleased with the outcome. My house looks better now than it did when I bought it. The deck in particular is simply beautiful. The work was of high quality and was completed in a timely fashion. The crew maintained a clean work site, never left behind a mess, and were professional and polite. Bob kept me up to date regarding the progress of the work and answered all of my questions. He was also very helpful in the decisions conecerning choice of materials and paint colors. I recommend them, and I won't hesitate to call on them again.
